CUTTOL OILS

Description

CUTTOL OILS are inactive non-emulsion oils intended for mechanical processing of metals - cutting. The oils contain a friction modifier and EP additives. They are produced in viscosity grades: ISO VG 15, VG 22, VG 32, VG 46.

Description
Use

CUTTOL OILS are used for light and medium-heavy processing of all types of steel (low-alloy, high-alloy, stainless), as well as for medium-to-heavy operations of light and non-ferrous metals and their alloys. They are recommended for processing, as well as for general lubrication of tool machines.
CUTTOL 15 is primarily used for the operations of indoor and outdoor broaching of light and non-ferrous metals, at vertical tumblers.
CUTTOL 22 is used for the processing of light, non-ferrous metals and steels of light and normal workability. It is also used for lubricating tool machine switches.
CUTTOL 32 is a multi-purpose oil suitable for cutting and grinding threads, shafts and grinding of easily workable grey cast steel, light and non-ferrous metals, for processing on single and multi-spindle machines, during operations of milling, at high cutting speeds of non-alloy, alloy and structural steels and cast steel.
It is used in operations of horizontal broaching of light and non-ferrous metals and gray cast steel.
