D-R-4 (DOT 4) is a synthetic brake fluid for hydraulic transmission systems for braking used in all types of motor vehicles: passenger, cargo, agricultural, construction and other machines with similar construction of brake systems and where use of DOT 4 quality level of fluid is recommended. It can be used in hydraulic transmission systems for braking and hydraulic controls clutches with seals and coupling elements made of natural rubber or synthetic styrenebutadiene caoutchouc. It should not be mixed with brake fluids based on mineral oils.
