FORMWORKOL is a mold separating oil used in construction to separate concrete from formwork or different types of molds.
FORMWORKOL is used for lubrication of formwork and molds in construction to obtain quality surface and easy and quick separation of formwork-molds. Provides minimal air bubble retention and prevents mold corrosion. It is applied by coating with brush or roller and spraying with pneumatic gun.
Consumption per m² depends on the quality of the surface, the method of the application and the type of formwork (metal, plastic or wood). Expected coverage power for metal and plastic is 40 m² and for wood is 15 m².
It is produced in different viscosity grades depending on the specific application conditions.
Characteristics | Units | Typical values | Test methods |
