SEMISINT BS 50 is a semi-synthetic fluid for the production of stable emulsions coolant and lubricant in all types of metal cutting. It has good anti-corrosion properties. Contains emulsifiers, biocides, anti-corrosion, anti-wear and EP additives (chlorine free). Contains no nitrates and nitrites.
SEMISINT BS 50 is used in mechanical processing of cast iron, carbon, low alloy and medium alloy steels in operations of turning, milling, drilling, internal drilling, threading operations etc. It is suitable for processing of non-ferrous and light metals, and especially for central machines.
Application concentrations are 3-8% mixed with water.

SEMISINT BS 50 should be stored in their original packaging protected from the direct influence of the atmosphere.
