SINTOLIN 030 is a synthetic water-soluble cooling and lubrication fluid with bioresistant caracteristics, odorless, chemically and bacteriologically stable. It doesn't contain nitrites, phenols and heavy metals. It creates transparent emulsion with water that provides complete visibility during processing, high precision and good processing control thus achieving high surface quality and extending tool life.
SINTOLIN 030 is used in operations with light, medium and hard to machine steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals. It is primarily used for grinding metals. Application concentrations are 2-3% mixed with water. With a concentration up to 5% it can also be used for other cutting operations.
