SINTOLIN 050 is a synthetic water-soluble fluid, chemically and bacteriologically stable, intended for cooling and lubrication during the mechanical processing of metals.
SINTOLIN 050 is used as a coolant and lubricant for machining operations of hard-working steels (carbon, low-alloy and high-alloy), cast iron, light and non-ferrous metals and their alloys by turning, milling, drilling, threading and grinding with the high temperature conditions, high resistance and high cutting speeds. It is suitable for application in central systems, does not foam even in very soft water and provides high quality of the treated surface. Application concentrations are 3-5% mixed with water.
